Electronics Technician / Prototyping Lab (m/f/d)
We're looking for an Electronics Technician for our prototyping lab in Stuttgart-Wangen. SMD soldering, PCB assembly, test systems, and lab management for industrial prototypes.
What you'll be working on
- Assembling and commissioning prototype PCBs
- Rework (e.g. replacing 0603 components, bodge wires, fixing errors)
- Operating pick-and-place machine and reflow oven
- Setting up and maintaining test systems
- Supporting developers with hands-on hardware topics
- Organising and maintaining the lab
- Component management and support with ordering
We build prototypes for large industrial companies, quickly, pragmatically, and with as little overhead as possible. While our developers mostly work remotely, our lab is where ideas become working hardware.
We're looking for someone who keeps our lab running and makes sure prototypes get built reliably.

These are your skills
- Experience with SMD soldering
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Basic understanding of measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope)
- Enthusiasm for getting things done
Nice to have
- Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, KiCAD)
- Experience in low volume manufacturing or production
- Interest in process optimisation
